Construction - Estes Funeral Chapel

The new Estes Funeral Chapel. A Public Private Partnership with Hennepin County to redevelop the corner of Penn and Plymouth. The work is one of a larger project that includes an expanded medical center, ground-level retail, parking ramp, office space and new funeral chapel would transform three corners of the intersection under a plan unveiled this week. The larger investment is a $67 million county investment to create a larger campus for NorthPoint Health and Wellness, a county facility offering a wide range of medical and other services.

Development & Construction - Green Homes North

Affordable housing developments partnering with the City of Minneapolis and several partners to revitalize neighborhoods in North Minneapolis. 


The green homes are constructed to the Minnesota Green Communities Standards as developed by the State of Minnesota or certified as LEED for Home with high efficiency mechanical systems, Energy Star appliances and lighting, and durable exterior construction.


Our goal is by building new, green, energy efficient and sustainable housing on available City owned vacant lots will build area market value, add a boost to the Northside housing market, and increase confidence of current owners. These green homes offer an affordable housing alternative and whilel complementing the older, classic homes in these neighborhoods.

NURUL-IMAN INSTITUTE 

Noor Companies is developing a 43,000 ft² multi-use office space and community center in South Minneapolis. The center houses small businesses specifically immigrant and minority businesses. it also is the center for  Nurul-Iman Institute & Community Center a center and a gathering place for the community.
